Kahn Properties is in the midst of a $1 million renovation project at The Avondale. We are completely renovating the entire five building complex.

New roofs, New siding, New windows, New central heat/air units. New stainless steel appliances to include stove, hood, fridge, and dishwashers. 
We have added washer/dryer connections in each unit. We are replacing all cabinets, counters, and bathroom fixtures – even the tubs. We have increased the lighting on the property and added a security camera system. Once the construction phase is complete, we will begin with brand new landscaping as well.
